Boyfriend and girlfriend reside together in the same apartment. After a verbal argument, the boyfriend physically assaulted his girlfriend. When she attempted to call the police, he took a cell phone from her possession. When she attempted to flee the apartment, he physically restrained her and removed her clothing to prevent her from leaving. Ultimately, the girlfriend broke free and notified the authorities.
