Woman Used Identity Of Someone Else To Purchase Watch


Identity theft can take place in so many ways that it is difficult to fully protect yourself from such a crime. The woman in this story stole identification from someone else and then proceeded to apply for credit. She got away with the crime until the victim received a bill. Read more below...
The scam didn't come to light until recently, when the victim received a bill for the timepiece. There doesn't seem to be any connection between the Brooklyn resident and the thief, cops said.
