Couple Arrested For Locking Boy In Dog Cage

A couple was arrested on allegations that they locked a 4-year-old in a dog house for fourteen hours a day. They attempted to use the cage as a place for nap time and discipline, as well as a place to sleep at night. The stepfather allegedly explained they kept the boy in the cage at night so he wouldn't touch the exposed electrical wires that were lying around the bedroom.
