The building, commonly referred to as 'The Equitable Building', is a period-correct Historic renovation built in 1872 and one of the first buildings in Providence to use 'cast iron' for its facade. It boasts a very convenient location to restaurants, banks, the RI Attorney General’s Office; the U.S. Attorney’s Office; U.S. Probation Office; and the courthouses.
